CDLPassNow is operated by ICONNECT GROUP LLC ("we"). Contact: [email protected]. This policy explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

• Quiz answers (state, license class, endorsements, test date, study time, language comfort) are stored in your browser (localStorage) and, if you give us your email, sent with it to our email provider to build your study plan.
• Email address, only if you enter it.
• Payment is processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. We receive your email and payment status from Stripe.
• Analytics and ads: if enabled, Google Analytics and Google Ads use cookies to measure visits and conversions.
• An access cookie (cdlpn_access) that keeps your paid access active.

How we use it

To deliver the product, send your study plan and tips, provide support, measure ads, and prevent fraud. We do not sell your personal information.

Your choices

Unsubscribe from any email with one click. Ask us to access or delete your data at [email protected]. You can clear localStorage and cookies in your browser.

Retention

We keep purchase records as required for tax/accounting and delete marketing data when you unsubscribe or ask.

Children

This service is meant for adults preparing for a CDL.
